The store sells products to adult private individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the online payment service. All customer information is processed confidentially. Your order information (the products you ordered and the contact information you provided) will be stored in our customer system, where the information may be used for marketing purposes if you have given us permission for email or SMS marketing. However, primarily the contact information requested during the ordering process will not be used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any uncertainties related to it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the currently applicable delivery terms.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service used is Klarna Checkout, through which payment options include invoice, installment, card payment, and online bank payments.

By providing information at the checkout, you accept the terms of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the "Buy" button, you accept Alpinerace.fi's general terms and conditions.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will include your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. We provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping cart based on the selected delivery method. You will see the exact shipping costs after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods. The available delivery methods depend on the contents of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you, along with the corresponding shipping cost.

Delivery Time

The usual delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates will be communicated if there are out-of-stock items in the shopping cart, and any delays will also be notified to you immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform on its website about any deviations from the delivery times.

Return Terms

Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods or in the case of downloadable products, from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Policy does not apply to customized products

All skis are primarily sold as ski-binding packages. Jezz Moves Oy attaches the bindings based on the outer dimensions provided by the customer. Once the bindings are attached, the skis are customized for the customers, and there is no exchange or return policy. If a customer wants skis without bindings attached, they are responsible for ensuring that they are attached correctly. Binding attachment should always be done at a knowledgeable store.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to collect a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the shipping costs.

Problems

If a product is lost or damaged during transport, or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing no later than 14 days after receipt, to the address specified in the Cancellation Right and Return Policy section, or by calling the telephone number provided in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company for the chosen delivery method.
