What matters most to us is that your equipment truly works for you.
That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

If you’re not completely satisfied with the product’s performance, you can exchange it for another item in the same product category within 20 days of purchase — even if it has been lightly used*.

If you exchange to a higher-priced product, you simply pay the difference.
If you choose a lower-priced product, we’ll determine the refund together on a case-by-case basis.

* The level of use will be assessed together with the customer to ensure the exchange is fair for both sides. Any shipping or handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

20-Day Return Policy

We offer an extended return period.
Instead of the standard 14 days required by consumer law, you receive 20 days from the day you receive your order.

The return policy applies to unused products in their original condition.
(Tags and manuals must be included.)

Please note: The return policy does not apply to products requiring personal installation or modification, such as skis with mounted bindings or items that have been serviced or customized according to the customer’s request.
