Price Guarantee

Alpinerace.fi offers a price promise for products purchased from our online store. If you find the same product at a lower price from a competing company and can provide evidence of this, we will sell you the product at the same price. If you find a product you've already purchased from us at a lower price (within 7 days of purchase) and can provide written proof, we will refund you the price difference upon presentation of the receipt.

Some clarifications regarding the conditions of the price promise:

• The price promise is valid for 7 days from the time of purchase online or in-store.
• Claims for compensation must be made during the validity period of the price promise.
• The price promise applies to price comparisons with Finnish competing stores and online shops.
• The price promise is only valid if the product is still available in your desired size or otherwise in a similar form at the store where you found the lower price. The product cannot be sold out.
• In the alternative purchase location, the product must be immediately available and not subject to longer delivery times.
• The product must be exactly the same (color, model year, etc.).
• Orders made by businesses are not covered by the price promise.
• The price promise does not apply to club purchases or personally given offers.
• The price promise cannot be applied to products exchanged under the satisfaction guarantee.

20-day return policy

According to consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, but as a customer of Alpinerace.fi, you have a 20-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

The exchange and return policy mainly applies to unused products, so the products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, including the product tags and user manuals. Note! The exchange and return policy does not apply to products that require personal customization/installation, such as skis with added bindings or those treated with customer-requested maintenance or installation options.

100% satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with what you get from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the product, you can exchange it for another product in the same category within 20 days of the purchase date, even if you have used the product slightly*). If you want to exchange the product for a more expensive one, you only pay the price difference; if you want to exchange it for a cheaper one, we will not refund the price difference, or any possible refund will be negotiated separately. The satisfaction guarantee is valid for 20 days for products purchased from us, and products exchanged under the guarantee cannot be returned.

*) We reserve the right to determine if the product has been used more than we consider reasonable for the exchange under the satisfaction guarantee. The customer is responsible for any shipping or other costs incurred from the product exchange.
