By choosing the 3-star garment, you ensure that your safety meets the requirements set by the International Ski Federation (FIS):

Mandatory Minimum Protection: These garments meet the FIS mandatory minimum protection requirements (FIS-DITF test standard) and represent the level of protection that is mandatory in all competitions at Race Levels 0 and 1 starting from the 2025/2026 season.
Cut Resistance Rating: The garments receive an overall rating of 3 because the results of the vertical cut test are Level 3. According to the supplier, the material's cut resistance in the horizontal and diagonal directions is at Level 4 in the tests. The protection rating is always determined by the weakest test result. Therefore, the level of protection is excellent and completely reliable compared to the minimum requirements set by FIS.
